Locals drove demand for the first release of just 25 apartments, with 60 per cent of them snapped up on the opening weekend.

The larger two and three-bedroom residences have been the most sought after, particularly by owner-occupiers seeking generously proportioned, well-designed spaces, Wood added.

The newly operational Crows Nest Metro station has been a clear drawcard for buyers, with several purchasers highlighting the Metro as a ‘game-changer’ for their next property move.

"We’ve provided detailed, local sales evidence that clearly shows The Collective is well-placed in terms of value. I even told one buyer, ‘If you find another property in this location, with this level of quality and pricing, I’ll buy it myself!’ That’s how confident we are."

While The Collective is technically within <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/developments/st-leonards-nsw-2065">St Leonards</a>, its location on the northern side of the Pacific Highway places it closer to the established, thriving hubs of Crows Nest and Naremburn.
