The tower is primary positioned in the <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/projects/one-248-flinders-street-adelaide/location">Flinders East precinct of Adelaide</a>, surrounded by the main green spines and parks in the planned city, adding a public plaza at street level to connect with its surroundings. Providing the perfect balance between environment and city life, ONE is close enough to the <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/adelaide-sa">Adelaide CBD</a> that in just one or two tram stops, you’ll arrive at iconic locations such as Rundle Mall, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Adelaide Convention Centre, The University of Adelaide and the Botanic Gardens.
