Joint venture partners&nbsp;Guavalime and Capital Prudential grabbed one of the closest residential development sites to Alderley Station for their latest Brisbane apartment development.

Their new project, <a href="/new-apartments/breathe-residences-alderley-27-lorne-street-alderley-qld">Breathe Residences</a> at 27 Lorne Street, is ideally located near the corner of Samford Road and a stone's throw from the heart of Alderley.

Future residents of the <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/architects/loucas-architects">Loucas Architects</a>-designed building will be just 450 metres from Alderley Station on South Pine Road, where there's a number of bus stops heading into Roma Street.
