Consolidated Properties opted not to develop a third tower on the site, instead incorporating the proposed landing area for the new green pedestrian bridge which will connect Toowong to West End.

Monarch has been designed by Cottee Parker Architects&nbsp;and John Wardle Architects and will offer 224 luxury apartments spread across two 15-level buildings. The building will also include 482 car spaces.
