HSN Property Group&rsquo;s Bondi Junction project, Ellipse is nearing completion, with the oval structure set to deliver a collection of apartments in one of Sydney&rsquo;s most sought-after locations.

1st City are handling the sales of Ellipse, with agent&nbsp;Yaron Foghel saying they&#39;ve seen mostly&nbsp;downsizes and young professional couples interested in the Bondi Junction project.

Following an&nbsp;open plan living, apartments open out to multiple balconies throughout the home, including a north-east facing balcony that captures city skyline aspects and water views.

Kitchens will feature a statement &lsquo;Statuario&rsquo; marble island bench, benchtops and splashback, complete with Wolf and Miele appliances and Sub-Zero fridge/freezers. Apartments come with two car spaces and storage, benefiting from lift level access as well as an entrance lobby.
