The Castle Hill Showground is undergoing a major transformation.

The new precinct will create a $1 billion destination town centre, linking into the world class Sydney Metro, with the Showground Station, along with the various cultural offerings penned, upon completion.

A team of international architects and designers have collaborated to deliver the project, with Sydney locals Giles Tribe Architects and Urbis collaborating with DLN from Hong Kong and Glyph Studio from Canada for the first stage of the development.&nbsp;

KWG Group are making it even easier to buy into their latest residential development, Castle Island.&nbsp;

The limited time offer is only available until the 31st of March in the Castle Hill project, with the scheme suited to downsizers who are still planning ahead for their next chapter in life.&nbsp;
