<p>St Lucia has long been one of Brisbane's premier riverfront suburbs.</p>

<p>The sought-after suburb, named after the West Indian island, is well known for its leafy streets, the Brisbane Botanic Garden, and the main campus for the University of Queensland.</p>

<p>As it's grown from its origins as a cotton farming district, significant riverside development has grown with it.&nbsp;One market that's been missed however is the growing market frequently being called the "missing middle".</p>

<p>The missing middle in this instance is the townhouse market, a&nbsp;market that sits between apartments and houses.
