The Grosvenor Collection is a meticulously crafted development consisting of 11 townhomes located in Melbourne's city-fringe suburb of Hawthorn East.

The project is a result of a collaborative effort between developer Nuterico, Mostaghim Architects, and landscape designer Hansen Partnership.

The aim of The Grosvenor Collection was to create a harmonious partnership between these entities to bring forth a thoughtfully designed and well-executed project.

The location of The Grosvenor Collection, at 876 Toorak Road, was carefully chosen, nestled in a pocket surrounded by some of Melbourne's most desirable areas and cosmopolitan enclaves.

The developers sought inspiration from the rich heritage and prestige of the blue chip suburb while infusing it with a contemporary touch. Each townhome stands as an individual dwelling, yet they are united through the use of bold Travertine stone textures in the facade and bronze metal accents throughout.

The suburb of Hawthorn East boasts an array of notable boutiques and retail precincts. High Street, Malvern and Toorak Road, and Camberwell Junction are all easily accessible via a short tram ride from the doorstep of The Grosvenor Collection, offering residents countless retail options.

For those who enjoy an active lifestyle, the Yarra River presents opportunities for morning rides or rowing, while the Kooyong Lawn Tennis Club and Anderson Park are also nearby.

Melbourne's renowned food and cafe culture is well represented in the inner suburbs, and Hawthorn East is no exception. The neighbourhood is adorned with eateries that rival even those found in the CBD, from casual brunch spots to fine dining experiences.

A short stroll to Patterson Reserve offers the opportunity to explore the Boroondara Farmers Market on a Saturday morning, while a trip to Camberwell Junction will lead residents to the Camberwell Fresh Food Market.
