Delta Property to complete The Mill Residences in Toorak mid-2024
Builder developer Delta Property Group is expecting buyers to move into its new Toorak apartment development, the Mill Residences, later this year.
Construction of the five-level stone and metal building, featuring both apartments and townhouses at 663 Malvern Road in Toorak, is slated for mid-2024.
Over 50 per cent of the 15 dwellings at The Mill Residences have sold.
Designed by the award-winning CHT Architects and landscaped by the renowned Jack Merlo, the development's facade is adorned with stone accents and expansive glazing which will integrate with its surroundings.
