Sherpa Property Group has appointed LPS Group to build its luxury Palm Beach apartment, Perspective Nexus.

Appointing a builder to the project, which is now fully approved by council, comes on the heels of Sherpa edging towards a 50 per cent sellout after securing contracts totalling $48 million.

LPS Group only works with a small number of key developers to ensure the successful delivery of quality projects.

“Receiving development approval and having a reputable builder locked in and ready to go marks a significant milestone for Perspective Nexus, affirming its journey from vision to reality,” Sherpa Property Ground founder Christie Leet said.

Leet says LPS Group is one of Queensland’s most accomplished builders and a perfect partner to bring Perspective Nexus to fruition.

“LPS Group shares the same ‘less is more’ approach that we take with our business,” Leet said.

“We only take on the work we can handle which allows us to focus on delivering a quality finished product and in LPS we are partnering with a builder that fully understands our vision for Nexus.”

LPS, which is currently progressing construction of Siera's Pipis at Bilinga on the Gold Coast after completing Bide at Newstead in Brisbane’s inner north, prides itself on engaging in all aspects of a project’s life cycle.

“We’re very excited to be involved in Perspective Nexus and we’re pleased to be partnering with Sherpa which has an industry reputation for creating developments that stand the test of time,” says LPS Director Mark Short.

“After working closely with Sherpa in the lead-up to our appointment as builder, we are confident that with Nexus we will be delivering an iconic residential development for the southern Gold Coast.”

Perspective Nexus, the product of a detailed design process led by HAL Architects, will rise on a 1,583 sqm site at 949-953 Gold Coast Highway, Palm Beach.

The nine-storey project will deliver an exclusive collection of 32 spacious apartments, including two half-floor penthouses and three sky homes with their own private rooftops.

Perspective Nexus residents will share in a wide range of luxurious communal amenities, including a dedicated wellness space with features such as a cold plunge pool, sauna, magnesium pool and steam room with internal stairs down to the residents’ recreational space which includes a spa, pool, private dining and wellness garden.

The project will also boast 79 car parks for both residents and visitors, electric car charging stations, individual apartment storage, car wash bay, parcel delivery storage, including cold store and more.

Perspective Nexus builds on an impressive portfolio of projects by Sherpa Property Group and is the 12th undertaken by the company in the Gold Coast region.

Leet said the strong market response from buyers, predominantly locals, following the official launch of the project in December has prompted Sherpa to fast-track construction.

“After securing contracts for half of the residences, and several prospective buyers sitting on the sidelines, we are looking forward to commencing construction soon."

Construction is planned to start in the first quarter of 2024 for completion in the third quarter of 2025.
